Pikmin 9-Day Challenge ~Official Discussion~

Ahh Pikmin, such an amazing little game. For those of you that didn't play it you sure missed out while you were making fun of the rest of us. Pikmin is one of those games that you think is ghey until you play it. Then you realize that it is an amazingly fun game.

Anyways, this is the 9-Day challenge. Basically through rigorous playing and strategery (yes that's a word), it has been proclaimed that the very least amount of days (game days, not real days) Pikmin can be beaten in is 9 days.

Now a day is basically around 13 minutes, and there are 30 parts spread over 5 levels. Two of the days you can only get 1 part (the first and the last) so that leaves 28 parts in 7 days.

The two biggest things about the challenge is multitasking and C-stick throwing. With C-stick throwing you can kill bosses very quickly, bosses that would normally take up to a day to find and defeat can take a mere minute or two, and with a lot less Pikmin, leaving your other Pikmin to other tasks like taking back other parts or knocking down gates.

I will be updating this post as the challenge uploads, I have the first 3 days done (the first won't be uploaded since it's a tutorial) and will be uploading them soon.

It's [img] then [/img ] without the extra space.
