assassin's creed 3

this is not fake this has been announced by ign and ubisoft
(the reason its called ac3 is because its the third assassin in the series)

i think it maybe good but it doesnt have the same feel as brotherhood revolations ac2 and ac1 because its not in the early time periods. it seems too new to be part of the series but i havnt played it yet :3

It looks okay, I dunno if I'll like it as much for the same reasons as you said. Just doesn't look like a AC game to me.

I kindly disagree. I liked AC1, but never got into AC2. Just felt like the same thing, idk why exactly I put the game down though. However I may buy AC3 simply because the American Revolution was one of the only time periods I payed attention to in history class. Older time periods are cool, but with this game I'll finally have a freaking clue what everybody is talking about without having to wikipedia everything. In my opinion the American Revolution is one of the most interesting time periods of all time, and as I was taught in class the American Revolution started almost every other revolution around the world (The Shot Heard Round The World). I think this was a bold but awesome jump by Ubisoft.

That's probably the reason then. I'm honestly not to interested in the American revolution. I'm more interested in things around the renaissance, WWII, and Vietnam. I also haven't played the first ac, just thought I would throw that in there.

I think it looks really good. I think it would be way more dependent upon stealth, considering most of the enemies would have muskets. You probably won't be able to just sit there and counter repeatedly until all of the enemies are dead.

Some people I know are angry that they're introducing a third ancestor, but I think this would promise a longer and more expansive game. Ubisoft has said that 3 will wrap up the whole series, so with the third ancestor, they need to start and finish 1 full character storyline, as well as finish Desmond's story.

I really just hoe the don't cop out with the ending, like they did with Revelations.
