I want to just take a moment and share our motivations and plans in general for the year of 2013.
2013 is going to be a year of great innovation in 4-8. 2013 is going to be much different than 2012 in many different ways. This will not be a year to sit back, make videos, and let the views speak for themselves. 2013 is going to be a year of great change and pushes forward as we delve into our 5th year of bringing the world entertainment.
We have many plans already in the works as we hang up our new calendars, many of which have already been revealed to the public, such as the 4-8Store, new 1 Minute Reviews, and the T-Shirt Fundraiser. However, none of these events even compare to our next huge event which will be revealed soon, not just here on the forums, and not just on the main site, but also to the entire YouTube community. It will be a time of coming together to better the world we live in, which is 4-8's ultimate cause. And coinciding with this huge event, we have other huge news to bring to the 4-8Nation about the return of one of our favorite features on the site.
On the personal side, I think I speak for both MADMike and myself as I say we are very motivated and determined for this upcoming year. We have both been through some hard times in 2012, including illnesses, technical problems, deaths in the family, and even natural disasters. But in the background we have watched as we have gained new loyal followers, slowly risen in daily views on both the YouTube channel and the main site, and met some amazing people.
I want to personally thank everybody who has stayed with us here on the forums, and I hope you all continue to stay around. I don't expect you to throw money my way, or even watch every video we put out, but just keeping you guys around to say hey to every once and a while is enough for me. You are all my friends, not my fans, and I would hate to see any of you go even if you do lose interest in 4-8.
Overall, 2012 was a year of great struggle but even greater success. We were proud to close 2012 with our Christmas Special and open the gateway to a brand new year of discovery and adventure. We are excited to see what 2013 holds in store for us, and we hope you all continue to follow our journey, enjoy our videos, and as always, 4get the h8rs.
