IT'S FUCKIN GREAT.
Was seriously not expecting that ending. Like, at all. Plus, I liked how it ended on a joke, that was nice.

Exactly. I think that's why I liked it so much. I mean, just... Damn. That ending. <3 Big Boss.
I did feel really bad for Hal, he's gone through some shit.
Ooooh, and Johnny. Amazing tie-in. The scene where they're standing off with the soldiers was just so nonsensical and amazing. Me and my brother were both flipping the fuck out.
It also made me like Raiden. Surprisingly enough. But I have to ask, how'd he get new arms. And a body.

The best part was the final fight between liquid and snake on top of haven. That was just insane back in 08' when i first got my PS3 and played through the game in two days. The cut scene which leads up to the game play, the progression of the most memorable song of each game going from encounter MGS1 to Tanker Incident MGS2 and then the best of all, snake eater. The changing of the life bars along with it going through the games as well from MGS1 to MGS3 was just nostalgia overflow and the different styles of combat which change with it just blew me away. Man. You've really got me thinking about the first time i played that game, lol
Shadow Moses revisit was just indescribable for me though, revisiting the place of my childhood after 10 years was beyond words. I literally couldn't of asked for a better finale to the series, well, not really with V now

Oh man, don't even get me started. It was amazing how touching that scene was too. Despite them being enemies, they still cared about each other, or at least that's what I got out of it seeing as how every chance they got to kill one another, they didn't take that opportunity. Plus, they kept fighting even past their breaking point, and that really hit me.
And then Ocelot regains consciousness and I geek'd all over the place. That last little hand motion with the "You're pretty good"... Just wow. I love me some Ocelot.
Ahhhhh, the song progression was awesome too. I got really excited when 'Snake Eater' played and my brother was probably looking at me like I was insane. I really like 'Old Snake' though, it's probably a close second imo.
Oh, hey, I never put two-and-two together with the life bars and the combat, that's really freakin' cool!
Yeah, man. Tons of nostalgia with the revisiting part. I still remember sitting and watching my uncle play MGS1... Then I tried to play it and I could never get past the first room. I'm pretty sure he beat that game so many times though, if memory serves. Great times.
I'm really hoping V lives up to the (at least my) hype. It looks absolutely gorgeous, and if theres anything we should expect from Kojima, its amazing storytelling. I wonder how the story will pan out though? Even if its a prequel, you can never be to sure.

But no more David Hayter
I actually love Hayter but he seems equally as great towards his fans.

Yeah, I'm really gonna miss Hayter. His voice is just so friggin' iconic, y'know? But, I'm willing to give the other guy a chance, he could pull it off.
