ok. ive been playing mw2 for a few months now. i still dont know wtf boosting is. can anybody fill me in?

Cage boosting : 2 people get in cage and kill each other for Xp. FFA boosting : 2 people get into free for all and kill each other for Xp, for the higher killstreak cap this is also called Nuke boosting.
