| just NO. anyway.,. UPDATE! Applied brand new thermal paste. rebuilt. and no dice. I just got a message from Gilsky on youtube. he looked at my video and he told me this:
thats rsx and cell overheated
reflow the two bga's (processors) only
from the topside ( heatsink compound side)
@ 400 degrees celcius and for 50 seconds each!!!!
use flux on both bgas before heating!!!!
so idk... maybe I can do it..lol I dont have a heat gun.. pretty expensive as well | |
